Construction Waste Removal

Site clearance, malba pickup, demolition debris. We bring the tractor, the labor, and we take it where it actually should go.

Construction Waste Removal in Delhi NCR, provided by Shiv Shakti Service

When a construction site finishes; or a renovation, or a demolition; there's a pile of malba and broken stone that nobody wants to deal with. Leaving it on site means lost usable space and angry neighbors. Hiring a random tractor often means the waste ends up dumped in a vacant plot two streets away, which is a different problem you didn't want to create. We do this properly.

We come in with a tractor and a trolley, sometimes a tipper for larger jobs, and a labor team to load the debris efficiently. We take it to authorized C&D (construction and demolition) waste disposal points or landfills depending on the type of waste. For larger projects we can also separate reusable material (bricks, steel rebar, broken concrete that has resale value) and route it for recycling; that often reduces your net cost.

We work on residential renovations, full demolition projects, and ongoing construction sites that generate daily debris. Same-day pickup is usually possible for small loads in Noida and East Delhi. Larger multi-trip clearances need a day or two of planning, especially if there's negotiation with disposal points or recyclers involved.

What you get

Clear scope, no surprise charges. Here's exactly what's included.

Site assessment

We look at what's actually there (photos work, or a quick visit for larger jobs) and tell you honestly how many trips, what equipment, and what the timeline will be.

Tractor-trolley or tipper

Right vehicle for the volume and the site access. Trolleys for residential renovation debris, tippers for large demolition jobs.

Loading labor included

Our workers load the debris efficiently. You don't arrange separate labor and then wait for our vehicle to show up empty.

Authorized disposal

Waste goes to authorized disposal points or recyclers. We don't fly-tip into vacant plots, which is illegal under NGT rules and creates problems for you (the contractor of record) if traced back.

Recyclable separation (on request)

For projects with significant reusable material; old bricks in good shape, structural steel, recoverable concrete; we can route the valuable portion to recyclers. This often offsets a meaningful chunk of the clearance cost.

Projects we regularly handle

The day-to-day work construction waste removal is actually used for across NCR construction sites.

  • Post-construction site clearance after main project finishes
  • Demolition waste removal for partial or full structure demolition
  • Renovation debris (broken tiles, old plaster, fixtures) from residential and commercial work
  • Ongoing daily/weekly debris collection from active construction sites
  • Cleaning up illegally dumped malba on plots you own (with photos and dates for any future disputes)
  • Pre-handover site cleanup before final inspection

How booking works

From first message to job done. No mystery middle steps.

1

Describe the waste

WhatsApp +91 9695369593 with photos of the debris pile, rough volume estimate (one trolley load? five?), and the site location.

2

Get the assessment and quote

For small jobs we quote from photos. For larger or ambiguous piles, we do a brief site visit before quoting. We tell you honestly if separation of recyclable material would reduce your cost.

3

Schedule and confirm

Advance payment confirms. We schedule pickup based on your site access timings and our route plans.

4

Clearance day

Vehicle and workers arrive. Loading happens efficiently; usually a single trolley load takes 60–90 minutes including loading. Multi-trip jobs spread across hours or a day.

5

Site left clean

We don't leave behind small piles "for next time." When we say cleared, we mean cleared. Final photos available for your records.

Where we operate

We dispatch construction waste removal across these NCR locations. If your site sits just outside this list, call us, we often cover it anyway.

Common questions

Real questions our customers ask. Plain answers.

Where do you dispose of the construction waste?

We use authorized C&D waste disposal points and landfills accepting construction debris. NGT and CPCB have strict rules about C&D waste handling in NCR, and fly-tipping has serious consequences. We don't take shortcuts here; you don't want your project's name attached to an illegal dump site investigation.

Can I recycle part of the waste to reduce cost?

Often yes, especially for larger jobs. Recoverable bricks, structural steel, larger concrete chunks (for crushing into aggregate), copper wiring, and aluminum window frames all have resale value. We can separate these during clearance and the value typically offsets a portion of the clearance cost. For small renovation debris, separation often isn't worth the labor.

What about hazardous waste like asbestos or chemicals?

We don't handle hazardous waste; asbestos sheets, chemical drums, lead paint debris, or anything requiring specialized handling certifications. For these, you need a licensed hazardous waste handler. We'll honestly tell you if something at your site falls in that category rather than take it and create a bigger problem.

How long does a typical clearance take?

Single trolley load of standard renovation debris: 1.5–2 hours including loading and disposal trip. Multi-trip larger jobs (residential demolition, post-construction clearance): typically half a day to a full day. Major demolition site clearance: multi-day project planned in advance.

Do I need to be present during the clearance?

Someone responsible should be present at the start to confirm what's being taken (and what isn't; site owners often have piles they want kept). Once we're loading, your continued presence isn't required, though it's helpful for any questions. For ongoing daily collection from active sites, your site supervisor handles handoff with our team.

What's the minimum job size?

Minimum is roughly one tractor-trolley load (about 3-4 cubic metres). Below that, the travel and labor cost makes it inefficient on both sides. For very small amounts of debris, you may be better off contacting your local municipal solid waste collection; we can advise.
