Primarily transport and on-site placement, but for regular materials (sand, gabbar, bricks, basic aggregates) we have supplier contacts across NCR and can either coordinate with your preferred supplier or recommend a reliable one if you don't have a regular source. For specialized materials, you typically source and we handle the move.

For bulk materials like sand or aggregate, damage isn't really applicable. For bricks, normal breakage during handling is part of every job (typically 1–2% even with careful workers) and you should budget for it; this is true with any mover. For finishing materials handled by our team, breakage caused by careless handling is our responsibility and we adjust the bill.

Yes. For larger jobs (5+ tractor loads, multiple trips, simultaneous source and destination logistics) we plan as a coordinated project rather than booking each trip separately. Tell us the full scope upfront and we set up a project plan with daily reports.

Yes, GST-compliant bills can be provided for businesses that need them. Tell us at booking time so we set up the paperwork correctly. For individual customers and smaller jobs, simpler invoicing is also fine.

Tell us in advance about narrow gates, weight limits, height restrictions, or time-window restrictions (some societies don't allow construction vehicles after certain hours). We plan around them; pick smaller vehicles, schedule for permitted hours, or arrange handoff at a nearby accessible point if needed.

Monsoons are real and they affect both supplier yards (sand becomes unusable when wet, kilns slow down) and site access (waterlogging in some sectors). During monsoon months, we build buffer into schedules and may suggest alternatives; covered storage at intermediate points, slightly different routes, or timing pickups during predicted dry windows. We don't pretend monsoons don't happen.
